Delivery and return policy

Delivery times
The products and images will be delivered to the address provided in the order, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
In some cases, availability may lead to longer delivery times, depending on the type of product and its availability.
Shipping times also depend on the shipping area.

Product return policy
You can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original packaging, intact and without signs of use, damage or malfunctions.
A written message must be sent to the email address: guy@asiya-kessel.com, and include the order details and phone number.

The return process

• After receiving the message and checking the product's integrity, a return order will be placed.

• The return will be at your expense, and the financial credit will be made in accordance with our returns policy.

• Custom-made or custom-ordered works will not be returned, except by express agreement between both parties.

Notes and restrictions

Works created on a personal order, on a special request, or customized will not be returned, except with prior approval agreed upon by both parties.

• Works that have been opened, broken, or damaged through illegal use will not be returned.

• The decision on the product's integrity and approval of the return is the sole responsibility of the company.
